Should you require accommodation in Johannesburg South Africa, I can recommend some delightful bed and breakfast establishments from as little as R180 pp sharing in addition to a choice of hotels in all price ranges.

My service includes collecting you and delivering you to the airport or hotel at no extra charge.

Prices quoted
All prices quoted are on a per person basis with a 2 persons minimum; single supplement on request.

SAFARI prices include dinner, bed and breakfast, and all game drives.

Alterations to tours
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary should conditions necessitate such an alteration.

Baggage and responsibility
Whilst every care is taken, the company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage, or inconvenience arising from delayed departure or arrival, the missing of a train, aircraft or ship connections, illness or injury contracted on tour. The company cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced luggage.

We suggest that the clothing you bring is neutral coloured and light, with a warm jacket for night time use. Your shoes must be comfortable.

If you have binoculars, they are a definite requirement for any of the tours. If you do not own binoculars, they may be hired from us at a nominal rate.

Insurance
It is strongly advised that tourists carry travel insurance for protection against accident, medical expenses and baggage loss. The company is not liable for any eventuality that may lead to any of the above.

Bookings
A 50% deposit; this can be made by electronic transfer. Balance in full before departure; this can be made in South Africa. Click here to review the safaris and their prices. Please e-mail for banking details.

Cancellations
25% cancellation fee will be charged on tours canceled two weeks or more before departure.
50% cancellation fee will be charged on tours canceled within two weeks of departure.
No refunds or cancellations less than 7 days before departure.

Exclusions
Personal expenses such as alcoholic drinks, non alcoholic drinks, lunches (except where specifically included) telephone calls, tips and portage.

Transportation
Your transportation is in a comfortable air conditioned 4 x 4 type vehicle which is ideal for game viewing and long distance travel.

NB: Anti-malaria precautions are definitely recommended for Kruger Hluhluwe and Umfolozi National Parks. They are also recommended for Swaziland. Please consult your local pharmacist or travel clinic in this regard..

Indemnity

I the undersigned _________________________________ hereby agree that African Wildlife tours, The Company and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages of whatsoever nature, or howsoever caused, arising out of The Company and / or its representatives transporting me as aforesaid.

By signature hereto I assume full responsibility for any such injury or damage which may occur as a result or The Company and or its representatives transporting me as aforesaid.
